The American Institute of the History of Pharmacy is seeking nominations for the Robert P. Fischelis Award. The AIHP Robert P. Fischelis Award honors the late Robert P. Fischelis (1891-1981), a gifted leader of the pharmacy profession and generous benefactor of AIHP.

The Fischelis Award is awarded to a person or organization whose work and actions have made significant and commendable contributions to the mission or organizational well-being of AIHP, and thereby the field of the history of pharmacy and pharmaceuticals.

Nominations for the Fischelis Award must include at least one letter of nomination outlining the nominee’s contributions to the field of pharmacy history and their impact on the AIHP. To be considered for the Fischelis Award, nominations must also include the nominee’s curriculum vitae (or similar biographical information) and one representative publication.
