The AIHP staff in Madison are thrilled to announce a valuable addition to our team. Kristen Huset has joined AIHP as our new Digitization Collections Specialist, and we couldn’t be more excited.
Kristen brings a wealth of experience and expertise in digitizing historical collections, preserving valuable artifacts, and making our cultural heritage accessible in the digital age. Her passion for preserving history and her technical proficiency make her a perfect fit for our organization. She has worked in the heritage sector in both Minnesota and Wisconsin and she is looking forward to this next stage of her career.
According to Kristen, “I’m excited to be working at AIHP after working with them for so many years.” She added: “We have a great team and it feels like I am coming home. I’m looking forward to seeing and describing the objects we are digitizing as many of them have been in storage for a while and this project will allow them to breath fresh air in the digital realm.”
